What counts as a message?
- Only messages sent to your desk count. The desk's replies, your answers and button taps are free, so a question and its answer count as one message.
- Typed message: anything written, in any language. A long message with ten items is still one.
- Voice note and photo are counted separately, because reading them costs more.
Example: a customer types an order, sends a voice note to add two items, then taps Confirm. That is 1 typed message and 1 voice note.

Which businesses is it for?

Do my customers need to download anything?
No. Customers open your link or scan your QR code and chat in their browser. You and your staff use the desk on your phone, and it can be added to the home screen like an app.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Today your staff forward or share WhatsApp messages into the desk in one tap. Direct WhatsApp connection is on the way; your desk, prices and history stay the same when it arrives.
What if it misunderstands a message?
Anything it isn't sure about is asked or flagged as "did you mean…?". It never guesses a product, a price or a fee. Fix it in one tap and it learns for next time.
Who sets the prices and fees?
You do. AI only reads what the customer asked for; every rate, fee, discount and total comes from your lists and settings, calculated by code.
Is my business data safe?
Each business's data is kept separate and is never shown to anyone else. Voice notes are deleted after 7 days (the text is kept). See our privacy policy.
